Title: HR Intern
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR-related matters.
4. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
5. Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
6. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to HR, including maintaining HR databases and preparing reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. Good organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
