Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior team members and hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
Manage end to end recruitment process.
Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.
Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
Skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows
Education & Experience
Bachelors/Masters degree
Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
Experience in candidate assessment and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
