We are expanding our faculty network and seeking motivated HR interns to support our trainer hiring operations.
Role Overview:
As an
HR Intern (Faculty Hiring)
, you will assist the HR team in identifying, screening, and onboarding qualified trainers and instructors across various technical and professional domains. This role provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment cycle and HR operations in the education and training industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing trainer profiles
through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional platforms.
Screen resumes
and shortlist candidates based on domain expertise and teaching experience.
Coordinate interviews
and demo sessions with shortlisted trainers.
Maintain and update the
candidate tracking sheet
and follow up with applicants.
Support the HR team in
drafting job postings
, social media content, and outreach messages.
Participate in
onboarding activities
for selected trainers.
Who Can Apply:
MBA HR / PGDM (HR)
students or fresh graduates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and people management.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and LinkedIn tools.
Available for a
minimum 2-month remote internship
