Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
Source potential candidates using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports
Key Skills & Requirements:
MBA in HR
(must be completed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools (preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Prior internship or training in HR recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
