We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and curious HR Intern to join our HR Operations team. What You'll Do
Support HR operations by managing and maintaining employee records, trackers, dashboards, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in onboarding processes, background verification, benefits administration, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Clean, organize, and validate HR datasets to ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting and analytics.
Prepare reports and visual dashboards to highlight trends, insights, and metrics that drive HR decisions.
Collaborate with the team on employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct research on HR best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
Take ownership of small projects aimed at improving HR processes and efficiency.
Coordinate communication across teams and with external vendors while adhering to timelines and standards.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools; familiarity with Power BI or visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn from feedback.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while keeping the customer-first approach at the forefront.
