HR Intern

to join our team. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to human resources practices and processes, making it ideal for:

Students currently pursuing graduation (1st, 2nd, or final year) with HR as part of their syllabus Individuals who are pursuing graduation and are

sure about building a career in HR

and want hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives Maintain HR records and databases Help with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Contribute to HR projects and policy implementation

Eligibility

Students in

1st, 2nd, or final year of graduation

with HR included in their syllabus (BBA, BMS OR related fields preferred) OR individuals committed to pursuing a career in HR Ready to obtain a letter from their institute confirming their enrollment and requesting consideration for this internship Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
