What You'll Do:
This is an
all-round internship
where you'll get hands-on exposure to
HR operations, recruitment, and inside sales
-- perfect for someone eager to understand how startups really work.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records
Help draft HR policies, employee communication, and engagement activities
Inside Sales & Business Development:
Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Assist in demos, presentations, and proposal follow-ups
Maintain CRM data and track pipeline progress
Startup Operations:
Coordinate with different departments for cross-functional tasks
Support founders in administrative and people-related projects
Brainstorm creative ways to build a positive work culture
What We're Looking For:
Fresh graduate or pursuing final year (HR / Management / Commerce preferred)
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic startup environment
Learning mindset with initiative and ownership attitude
Basic understanding of HR tools, Excel, and LinkedIn outreach
