Roles and Responsibilities



1.

Recruitment Support:


- Assist in the recruitment process for interview coordination.

2.

Onboarding Assistance:



- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Prepare and organize onboarding materials and assist with orientation sessions.

3.

Employee Relations:



- Aid in maintaining employee records and databases.

- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

4.

Training and Development:



- Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.

- Assist in identifying training needs and recommending suitable programs.

5.

HR Administration:



- Assist in maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Support in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.

6.

Benefits Administration:



- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Collaborate with the HR team to communicate benefit information to employees.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
