Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
MBA in HR (must be completed).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Prior internship or training experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
