Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates as per job requirements.
Make recruitment-related calls to potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide support for onboarding processes.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
Help with documentation, filing, and other office-related tasks.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
