Job Description

Job Title: Key Responsibilities



Data Management:

Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS or database.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

Assisting with new hire orientation, preparing documents, and processing employee exits.

Administrative Tasks:

Filing documents, processing payroll data, and handling HR correspondence.

Employee Engagement:

Supporting the planning of company events and initiatives.

Requirements and Skills



Software Proficiency:

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS databases.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and employees.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
