1. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)



Conduct market research and benchmarking on DEI practices, trends, and best-in-class approaches. Support the creation of strategic presentations and proposals for leadership. Assist in planning, executing, and tracking ERG (Employee Resource Group) initiatives and events. Help with data consolidation, insights creation, and storytelling around DEI programs.

2. HR Business Partnering



Analyse employee sentiment, touchpoint feedback, and engagement datasets to generate insights. Support HRBPs with policy updates, document creation, and process improvements. Build presentations/decks summarising insights, trends, and recommendations. Assist in driving people processes and events (engagement, townhalls etc.)

3. Performance Management



Assist in performance data management, reporting, and dashboard updates. Conduct benchmarking studies for performance evaluation frameworks and best practices across the industry. Prepare presentations, templates, and communication material for performance cycles. * Support the team during calibration, reviews, and tracking mechanisms.
