Role & Responsibilities
? Review and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
? Verify and maintain accurate loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.
? Coordinate loan disbursals, ensuring timely and accurate payment to borrowers.
? Monitor and manage loan repayments, including payment processing and follow-up on overdue payments.
? Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan operations, including credit risk, operational risk, and regulatory risk.
? Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
? Prepare and submit regular reports on loan operations, including performance metrics and risk management.
? Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of loan processing, documentation, and repayment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and loan management software.
