Make outbound calls to C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, etc.) to introduce and invite them to participate in the awards program.
Clearly communicate the value proposition, selection process, and benefits of participation.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, events, operations) to ensure smooth participation and registration.
Meet weekly and monthly call, conversion, and participation targets.
Represent the organization professionally in all communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with senior corporate leaders.
Strong command of English (and [add regional language if needed]).
Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone.
Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
