Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of e-learning modules and digital educational content. Support the content team in researching, gathering, and organizing information for new courses. Help manage and optimize various media assets (video, audio, graphics) used in e-learning content to ensure quality and accessibility. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate complex topics into clear and engaging learning experiences. Contribute to the communication and promotion of e-learning initiatives through various channels.

Requirements:

Strong Academic Background:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, Education Technology, or a related field.

Good Media Knowledge:

Demonstrated understanding or practical experience with digital media, including video editing, graphic design principles, or audio production.

Mass Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Software Proficiency (Preferred):

Basic graphic design/video editing software, basic AI usage, MS office familiarity is a plus,
