We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our hiring team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring editorial and translation professionals in the academic and research domain. You will work closely with our recruitment specialists to support end-to-end hiring activities and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Job responsibilities:
Screen applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for editorial and translation roles. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative channels. Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring data. Provide general administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
Education: Any Bachelors OR Masters degree. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
