1. Assist in the design and execution of the CareerAdvancement Program (CAP) activities andcampaigns.
2. Support in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
3. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to CAP metrics and HR initiatives.
4. Research industry trends and best practices in career development, employee growth, and HR innovations.
5.Collect and analyse feedback to improve program outcomes.Promote the program on social media, email campaigns, and digital channel.
