Job Description

As a Intern - Digital Marketing, you'll support the execution of organic and performance marketing activities across digital channels. You will work with content an, creatives to deliver campaigns on social media, email, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

Publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,
Pinterest and YouTube.

Engage with audiences -- reply to comments, DMs, mentions, and grow follower communities. Assist with content calendars and trend tracking (hashtags, reels, short-form content briefs).
Email Marketing

Plan, draft, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, campaigns). Segment email lists for targeted campaigns (e.g., abandoned checkouts). Track open, click-through, and conversion metrics & report performance.
WhatsApp & Messaging Marketing

Assist in setting up WhatsApp campaigns, broadcast messages, and follow-ups. Manage WhatsApp product catalogues and community engagement groups (if applicable). Support growth and engagement for WhatsApp community channels.
Abandoned Cart & Conversion Support

Monitor abandoned checkout activities and trigger email/SMS campaigns. Draft recovery messages and analyse uplift / revenue impact.
Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of social media platforms, and email marketing tools. Eagerness to learn and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
