Location: Sector 125 NoidaDuration: 6 MonthsStipend: - 10,000Opportunity: PPO Based on performanceLead Generation & Outreach- Work on given databases and research new leads using LinkedIn and Google.- Identify decision-makers and collect relevant contact details.- Send outreach messages through LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp.- Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls/appointments for the sales team.- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Google Sheets.Social Media Support- Assist in posting and scheduling content on LinkedIn / Instagram.- Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with communities.- Research trending content ideas and competitor pages.- Coordinate with the design team for creatives when needed.Research & Reporting- Track weekly outreach performance and engagement results.- Research industry updates and suggest new content/lead ideas.Requirements- Prior experience in B2B outreach and LinkedIn-based lead generation is preferred.- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.- Comfortable engaging with founders, decision-makers, and professionals in a confident and respectful manner.- Self-driven and result-oriented, with consistency in follow-ups and task execution.- We are looking for someone who can take ownership and work independently, rather than someone who requires ongoing training.Requirements- Prior experience in B2B outreach and LinkedIn-based lead generation is preferred.- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.- Comfortable engaging with founders, decision-makers, and professionals in a confident and respectful manner.- Self-driven and result-oriented, with consistency in follow-ups and task execution.- We are looking for someone who can take ownership and work independently, rather than someone who requires ongoing training.
