Project Overview
The intern will support the scale-up of the "Take Charge Against TB" dual activation program, which aims to address TB healthcare-seeking inequities in urban poor communities across Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad. The initiative focuses on upskilling frontline healthcare workers (FLHCWs) and activating vulnerable populations through corporate philanthropic engagement.

Duration: 3-6 months

Learning Goals
The intern will:Learn about TB elimination strategies and health systems strengthening in urban poor community settings. Understand the design and implementation of large-scale public health interventions. Gain exposure to intersection of corporate engagement strategies and CSR in public health. Understand the process of designing grant proposals and modular funding packages in alignment with government mandates. Develop skills in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring & evaluation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in coordination with field teams and PATH teams to coordinate for activities under the project and help coordinate training logistics for FLHCWs and community volunteers. Assist in the development and refinement of the philanthropic grant offer for corporates. Support and coordinate with the Technical Support Unit (TSU) in needs assessments, geography selection, and stakeholder coordination. Contribute to the design and execution of digital and print communication materials for corporate engagement. Participate in the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework implementation, including data collection, compilation and analysis. Support documentation efforts, including reports, video content and scientific publication preparation. Assist in organizing dissemination events and preparing audit-ready documentation.

Skills to be DevelopedUnderstanding of CSR and corporate philanthropy frameworks in India Program design and implementation in public health. Stakeholder engagement and cross-sector collaboration. Communication and advocacy for health equity. Data analysis and reporting for MEL frameworks. Digital campaign support and volunteer mobilization.

Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields. Strong interest in TB elimination, urban health, and community-based interventions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for health promotion is a plus. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
