Intern Compensation Support Coordinator
The Compensation Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of compensation tasks related to servicing Sirva Clients. This role is the beginning of the journey to becoming a compensation services specialist in the global mobility world. The scope of this position will include one or more of the following responsibilities stated below.
Responsibilities
Compensation Services: Preparation of international assignment cost estimates, relocation cost of living and lump-sum calculations, relocation payroll processing, global compensation collection, and transaction detail reporting, and working on TEQ & COC processes accurately and within the agreed turnaround time
Motivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her work product
Caring and empathetic toward others
Ensure completion of tasks including policy review, utilization of supplier's tables (AirInc, Mercer, etc.) and logical application of knowledge
Maintain detailed tracking of activities to ensure metrics can be reported in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
University Degree in Accounting/Finance, or associate's degree
Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
Customer first attitude
Responsible and accountable for expected results
Motivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her work
Caring and empathetic toward others
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge MS Excel and Word
