Work description

• Work closely with product development and efficiently help in enabling different XDR (BDR, SDR)

• Work on solution selling, lead generation, product knowledge, value positioning and more.

• Work with other members to conduct training on new products, product positioning and outreach strategy.

• Continously analyze current metrics of sales effectiveness and work on areas of development.

• Understand GTM strategies and how those objective and strategies could be best supported.

• Achieving quotas, bookings and ARR

• Work towards higher conversion win ratios, integrated selling and revenue goals.

Even prior employees of MSFT, AMZN, Google, META could apply if they are eager to put in the SWEAT and EFFORT required to create a startup.
Requirements
Requirement

• You love being a part of a fast, dynamic and agile startup that encourages you to learn and grow.

• Someone with prior BD experience in B2B SaaS local and international sales or enablement experience of 2+ years and a total experience of 2-5+ years in software sales.

• Self motivated high performer who could get the work done with minimal oversight.

• Process oriented and good at multitasking and time management.

• You are passionate about using your experience and expertise to exceed business goals.

• High energy level and a "can do" attitude.

• Familiar with productivity tools.
