Key Responsibility:

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination. Assist in handling new business inquiries and building strong client connections. Understand the design process and the nature of business to support effective client solutions. Help in client relationship management - from understanding requirements to delivering satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to turn creative ideas into results. Be a problem-solver who ensures client expectations are met with clarity and efficiency. Contribute to presentations, proposals, and day-to-day client communication.
