As a Client Servicing Intern with UGLY, you will be the face of UGLY to retailers for the services which we offer. The candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and problem solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients. Ability to get work done from the designers. Creative skills for developing presentation to the clients about ideas and concepts. Knowledge about advertising and marketing industry. Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones and in meetings. Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Attending to clients\' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction. Generating client reports. Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well. In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel. Experience from same industry would be an advantage. Should be keen on learning. Good at research and competition analysis Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Work closely with all internal teams, contribute in ideas and projects and ensure timely delivery Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment Skills and Experience Required Proven account management or other relevant in digital media. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Location: New Delhi Stipend - 8000 - 10,000/- Per Month
