About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic intern to support our strategic initiatives in mentor engagement, corporate relations, and placement coordination. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about building networks, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to contribute meaningfully to student success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor & SME Network Development
Identify and onboard subject matter experts and industry mentors
Assist in curating engagement formats (webinars, panels, 1:1 sessions)
Maintain updated records and communication logs
Corporate Relations & Placement Support
Assist in outreach to recruiters and corporate partners
Support scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups for placement activities
Help prepare briefs, decks, and reports for stakeholder meetings
Coordination & Communication
Ensure timely follow-ups with mentors, recruiters, and internal teams
Track progress across engagement pipelines and placement cycles
Contribute to process documentation and feedback loops
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive attitude with attention to detail
Ideal for
Students or recent graduates in business, communication, education, or related fields looking to gain hands-on experience in strategic engagement and institutional operations.
