Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating high-quality business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. Conduct research and gather insights to support proposal drafting. Design visually appealing and persuasive PowerPoint presentations for client meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals and presentations to client needs. Reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, and follow-ups to nurture relationships. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, presentations and sales materials. Support the business development team with lead generation.

Qualifications and Skill required:

Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present ideas effectively. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is a plus. Strong analytical and research skills to support data-driven proposals. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of latest IT systems and technology like IoT, AI/ML, GenAI is highly preferred.
