: Intern-Business Development ( Agribusiness)

Overview

:

As a Business Development Intern specializing in Agribusiness, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth in the agricultural sector. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, client acquisition, and relationship management within the agribusiness industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the agricultural sector. Assist in creating business development plans and strategies tailored to the agribusiness market. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into clients. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry associations. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company's products and services. Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns targeting the agribusiness sector. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and best practices related to agribusiness.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Strong interest in agribusiness and sustainable agriculture practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is desirable but not require
