Education: UG / PG (Any discipline)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Interest in Business Development, HR, and Administrative functions
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

Maintain reports, documentation, and HR/administration records
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations
