Key Responsibilities
Study of Antenna, its applications, technical specs & understand the requirement of the users.
Study of Antennas & comparison.
Comparison of technical specification after the study of requirement.
CRM updation (Zoho CRM)
Preparation of CRR, RIR, PFR, etc
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
Support the sales team updating sales records.
Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, quotations, and feedback.
Support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
Follow up on leads and maintain proper communication logs.
Coordinate internally with the marketing and commerce team for timely delivery of requirements.
Required Skill Set
Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
