Our mission is to bring volunteers and organizations together to share time, skills, and passion for promoting India\'s social development. Over the past two decades, we have expanded to reach out to over 300 organizations in India and over 40 countries globally and today, have an all-India presence across offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune. We reach out to more than a lakh individuals and engage 1000 active volunteers at any given time, making us one of the largest volunteering enterprises in India.

About part time job/internship

Overview:
iVolunteer team plans to conduct 2 Social work activities every month. The intention of these activities is to engage volunteers in large numbers. Only some examples of such actions are making sandwiches and distributing them to the hungry, donating woolen, painting the walls of an orphanage home, celebrating Women\'s Day, spending time with elderly people, Spending time with children from orphanages, etc.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Research and design unique volunteering opportunities to engage volunteers in masses

2. Mobilise volunteers through college partnerships and other youth groups

3. Design creatives such as posters and reels as well as communications such as emails, WhatsApp texts

4. Connect with interested volunteers and answer their queries

5. Manage the logistics of the activity

6. Facilitate the activity on the day off and mark their attendance

7. Follow through with the confirmed volunteers to organize more activities

You\'re a good fit for the role if you\'re:

1. Confident, good with networking, and a people person

2. Have prior experience in event management

3. Familiar with Canva and social media tools

4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills

5. Between the age of 20-30 years
