Architect Intern

Eligibility:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch)

Responsibilities:

Observe and learn about

design processes

, client interaction. Attend site visits, client meetings, or team discussions (if applicable). Assist senior architects and design teams in developing

conceptual and schematic designs

. Create and modify

CAD drawings

, floor plans, elevations, and sections. Help prepare

working drawings

, presentation boards, and technical details. Support in rendering and creating

visual presentations

using Lumion, Enscape. Be proactive in asking questions and seeking feedback from senior team members.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and

Lumion

Familiarity with

3D modeling software

(e.g., Lumion, Enscape). Basic knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Understanding of

construction drawings

and

architectural detailing

.

Soft Skills:

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Time management

and the ability to work under deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Other Requirements:

Availability for a minimum of

6 months
