Role Description

The Fellows will be involved in the following tasks:

Cold calling:

Call applicants, leads, and aspirants to provide information about the programme, admissions, and webinars.

Application support:

Follow up with applicants, support in filling out the application and submission.

Conversion:

Follow up with candidates for joining the programme and completing the necessary steps.

Outreach:

Coordinate outreach materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. Assist in identifying and developing relationships with universities, community organisations, and other partners.Help plan and execute admissions events such as campus tours and information sessions.

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in marketing and outreach is preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or database systems is a plus
