As an Admin & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams, maintaining data and documentation, and providing support in social media marketing. This internship will give you exposure to multiple functions within a growing EdTech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in smooth coordination among different departments and team members.
Maintain records, manage data, and prepare official documents and reports.
Support operations team with scheduling, logistics, and internal communication.
Provide administrative assistance including filing, procurement support, and vendor follow-ups.
Assist HR in onboarding coordination, attendance follow-ups, and basic employee record-keeping.
Support in content creation, posting, and monitoring of social media marketing activities.
Contribute to organizing workshops, events, and company initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation (preferred: Management, Commerce, Arts, or related fields).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) preferred.
Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and work independently when required.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
