We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Corporate Trust - Analyticsteam. This role is located in Pune/Chennai. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Understanding of Securitization world and good knowledge of products like CDO, CLO, ABS, MBS etc. Understanding of legal deal documents like Prospectus, Indenture, Fee Letters etc. Cashflow Modelling/Reporting of Structured Finance Deals. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Education requirement -B.tech/MBA /CFA/ FRM. Good Analytical and Quantitative problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
