We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual having around 5 years professional experience for a Data Analyst position to join iCRC Canada's Energy, Resource & Industry (ERI) team on a full-time basis at our Noida office.
In this role, you will be responsible for integrating laboratory data from various sources into a unified database, ensuring data quality through cleaning and validation, and collaborating with our expert engineers and scientists to analyse the data. The ultimate goal is to develop predictive models that enhance our engineering and scientific capabilities
Collect and integrate laboratory data from diverse spreadsheet sources into a centralized database.
Perform thorough data cleaning, including identifying and correcting inconsistencies, handling missing values, and ensuring data accuracy.
Develop and maintain a robust and efficient database for laboratory data.
Collaborate with engineers and scientists to analyse data using statistical methods, multivariate analysis, and potentially algorithmic approaches.
Assist in the development and validation of predictive models based on laboratory data.
Generate clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data analysis findings.
Maintain accurate documentation of data management and analysis processes.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
Experience with data integration and database management.
Proficiency in data cleaning and validation techniques.
Familiarity with data analysis methods, including statistical analysis and multivariate techniques.
Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and database software (e.g., NoSQL, SQL, Access, or similar).
Ability to learn and apply algorithmic approaches to data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
