roviding clear and concise feedback on contract risks and conduct follow up calls with colleagues to discuss, where required in a timely manner. P
roactively managing and leading negotiations. E
stablishing and maintaining good professional relationships with the business, as well as with external parties such as clients and their legal counsel. M

aintain appropriate awareness of the legislative and regulatory environment relating to key aspects of WSP's current operations


Q
ualified lawyer with 5+ years legal experience developed by working in a reputable law firm or in an in-house legal team specialising in construction law.
P

roficient in English (oral and written). E
xperienced in negotiating complex commercial agreements. H
ighly developed communication skills. H
ighest Ethical Standards A
bility to act commercially and to appropriately balance commercial and operational imperatives with legal risk. A
bility to work as a member of a team and bring to the team initiative, energy and enthusiasm. A
bility to work independently and report to manager as required. E

xposure to United Kingdom clients desirable.
