Job Summary:As a part of our continued growth, Targray requires the services of an Intermediate Accountant to join our Finance team based out of our India Office in Gurgaon, Haryana.Responsibilities:
  • Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable cycle for Indian and international group companies.
  • Apply and allocate cash received from customers / vendor refunds.
  • Prepare and apply Credit Notes for various fees or interest on factoring.
  • Manage AR for Ageing and order released basis policies and procedures.
  • Calculate Bad Debt provisions.
  • AR/AP month end procedures.
  • AR/AP Variance analysis.
  • Review and send collection notices.
  • Employee expense report processing.
  • Matching credit card transactions and record them accordingly.
  • Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and Customer reconciliation.
  • Received not invoiced report review.
  • Various month end activities including close of AR subledger.
  • Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices and queries are handled as per the guidelines.
  • Assist in yearend close and audit tasks.
  • Cross training on additional activities in AR/AP and financial modules and act as back up for team members.
  • Responsible for learning and supporting the process end to end within the team and building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
  • 4-5 years of work experience
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
