Positions in this function are responsible for creation and production of graphics, layout, and computer-based artwork for assigned internal and/or external communications. May assist in estimating production costs and overseeing work done by external vendors. These positions typically report into a Communications Manager or Director. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Translates concepts into practice
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts
• 5 years of Graphic Arts experience
• 5 years of project management experience within a matrix organization
• 5 years of professional design experience
• 5 years of experience working with design tools
• 5 years of experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables
