Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at our project sites. The candidate should have sound knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing details. The role includes managing site workers, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily on-site interior work activities (civil, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.). Read and interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, and BOQs. Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and within deadlines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery and execution. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship as per standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site cleanliness. Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, and update the Project Manager regularly. Identify and solve site-related issues proactively. Monitor manpower productivity and provide guidance where needed. Assist in material measurement, procurement follow-up, and inventory at the site.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
