Job Description

As an Interior Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of interior design projects, monitor site activities, and ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. You will review designs and collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of projects. Additionally, you will manage resources, address on-site challenges, and provide status updates to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design Coordination, including design review and ensuring adherence to specifications. Experience in Project Supervision, Resource Management, and Monitoring Progress against project schedules. Strong Communication, Team Collaboration, and Client Interaction skills to manage stakeholders effectively. Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Quality Assurance skills to maintain high standards across projects. Ability to manage time effectively and work on-site in dynamic and high-pressure environments. Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
