Job Summary

:

We're looking for a highly skilled Interior Fit-out Project Manager with expertise in managing high-end residential, hotel, rooftop bar, and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project deliverables Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Conduct site visits (PAN India) and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

:

10+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management Proven track record of managing high-end residential, hotel, rooftop bar, and restaurant projects Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management skills Preference for Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Architecture
