Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a mandatory skill, necessary for creating detailed interior designs and layouts.
• Expertise in construction management to ensure efficient execution of interior projects. (Mandatory skill)
• Mandatory skill in blueprint reading to interpret concept drawings correctly and guide project implementation.
• Familiarity with project management software to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines.
• Quality control skills to ensure that all work meets design specifications and industry standards.
• Safety compliance knowledge to ensure that all site activities adhere to applicable safety and health regulations.
• Capacity for thorough site inspections to proactively identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors effectively to streamline project supplies and resources.

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring projects adhere to planned timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to align on project specifications and modifications.
