SR Design Aesthetic is a renowned interior design firm based in Kolkata, looking for a
dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor
to manage and execute residential and commercial interior projects. The role involves complete on-site coordination, quality control, and ensuring smooth execution as per design drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior execution at site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors
Monitor quality, workmanship, and material usage
Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
Update progress regularly to the design team and management
Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in interior site supervision
Strong understanding of interior detailing and execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Experience in residential and/or commercial interiors
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
