to oversee the on-site execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, coordinating among vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Site Management & Supervision
Oversee day-to-day site activities including partition work, ceiling, flooring, painting, and MEP installations.
Ensure all site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervise subcontractors and skilled workers, ensuring timely task completion.
Project Execution
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material handling to avoid delays.
Ensure commercial space designs (office interiors, retail outlets, showrooms, etc.) are implemented as per design intent.
Communicate effectively with project managers and design teams to resolve site issues quickly.
Quality Control
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and finishes meet the required standards.
Address and rectify snags and defects promptly.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT vendors for seamless integration of services.
Maintain open communication with clients, consultants, and vendors during execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower logs, and quality checklists.
Submit weekly updates, including work completed, issues encountered, and material requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supervising commercial interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction standards, materials, and methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Familiarity with office interiors, modular systems, workstations, and high-traffic space planning.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work in fast-paced environments like corporate offices, retail showrooms, hospitality, or healthcare interiors.
Knowledge of local municipal compliance and safety regulations.
Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously (if required).
