We're Hiring: Site Supervisor Location:

Noida

Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred Salary: up to

25k to 30k (Based on Experience)Are you a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of on-site operations and project coordination? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team and take charge of day-to-day site execution.

About the Role: As

a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering the project on time and within quality standards. You'll serve as the key point of contact for site operations and report directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise

and monitor on-site construction activities and labor Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Track work progress, manage schedules, and prepare daily/weekly reports Manage site resources efficiently and ensure minimal wastage Resolve any on-site issues or delays proactively Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with plans and specifications

Qualifications: Minimum

3-5 years of experience in a site supervisory role (preferably in commercial Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)Excellent understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site procedures Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
