Salary: ₹15000-30000 Per Month

We are hiring an experienced

Site Supervisor (Interiors)

to oversee day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial interior projects. The role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities including

carpentry, electrical, plumbing, POP/false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing works

. Execute projects as per

drawings, BOQ, and timelines

provided by the Project Manager. Coordinate with

design team, vendors, and contractors

for material and manpower arrangements. Ensure

quality checks

for finishes, alignment, and specifications. Maintain

site records

: daily progress reports, attendance of workers, and material consumption. Enforce

safety protocols

, housekeeping, and proper storage of materials. Verify measurements for billing and contractor work approvals. Attend

client/site meetings

and provide timely updates to management.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-7 years

of hands-on experience as

Site Supervisor in interior projects

. Knowledge of

materials, fittings, and construction techniques

used in interiors. Ability to

read and understand 2D drawings and execution details

. Strong communication and leadership to manage contractors and workers effectively.

Own two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory).

Immediate Joiner (mandatory).

Education

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Interior, or equivalent practical experience.
Work Conditions

Shift:

Day shift; extended/OT as per project requirements.

Environment:

Residential/commercial project sites with physical supervision.
