Profile - Interior Site Supervisor

Experience - 2 Years

Salary - 18000 to 25000

Location - Faridabad/Delhi/Noida

Qualification -

Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Interiors or Civil are preferred.
Age - 23 Years - 27 Years.
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Interior Designing Firm.
Must Have worked on Residential projects of interior work.
Must Have Knowledge of All Wooden Work In Interiors.
Knowledge of Civil work in Interiors
Should Have Knowledge Materials used in Interior work.
Can Read & Understand Interiors drawings i.e. Electrical, Plumbing, False Ceiling, Tiles, Flooring
Candidates should have good communication skills.
Must Have Your Own Bike.
Can handle sites in Delhi NCR (Delhi/Faridabad/Noida)

Must have knowledge of reading and understanding all technical drawings.

Must have expertise of handling work of Turnkey projects of residential Interiors.

Should be able to work under pressure and manage the work individually.

Can align the vendors/contractor and handle the manpower on the sites.

Must have knowledge of all the material used on the site.

Should be able to arrange the Material in the given budget.

Should have own vehicle for visiting on multiple sites.

Job & Responsibilities :-

Read and understand the Drawings of Interior work i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, False ceiling, Tiles.

Manage all the required material & Manpower for Interior work execution.

Handle all the labour & contractors on site.

Manage day to day work on a running site.

Deliver quality work, maintain the report of work in progress.

Take care of all the Material & Equipment On the Site.

Take all the responsibility & accountability of the work.
