Role -

We're looking for a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution for home interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth on-site operations.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution and ensuring projects align with client specifications and company standards. The role involves active site planning, inspections, and execution, providing a perfect opportunity for those passionate about interior design and management.

Responsibilities -

Supervise interior works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, finishes). Ensure quality control, material protection & site discipline. Strong site supervision skills to maintain quality control and oversee day-to-day site activities. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to align site activities with project goals and customer expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain work standards. Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with project specifications and industry regulations. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handle on-site challenges and changes efficiently. Excellent organizational abilities to manage timelines and resources effectively and ensure project completion within deadlines. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
