Interior Site Supervisor - Modular Execution

Experience

in Modular Kitchen / Wardrobe / Factory-Finished Modular Installations

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor - Modular Execution will be fully responsible for

on-site installation, coordination, and quality control of modular furniture projects

. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of

factory-made modular systems

, precision installation, and strict adherence to drawings, measurements, and timelines.

This is a

hardcore execution role

, not a general interior supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Modular Installation & Site Execution

Execute

end-to-end modular installations

including kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and accessories Ensure installation strictly follows

approved shop drawings, technical details, and factory specifications

Supervise alignment, leveling, plumb, gaps, and finishing accuracy Ensure correct installation of

hardware, shutters, fittings, and accessories

2. Measurement & Drawing Coordination

Take

accurate site measurements

and cross-verify with approved drawings Identify site deviations and report mismatches before installation Coordinate with

design and factory teams

for corrections and revisions Ensure zero errors that may cause rework or factory remakes

3. Installer & Team Management

Supervise

modular installers and technicians

Allocate tasks and ensure installation productivity Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily output tracking

4. Quality Control (Critical Responsibility)

Ensure

factory-finished panels are handled carefully

with no damage Check edge banding, panel joints, shutter alignment, and soft-close mechanisms Ensure perfect fitment of drawers, hinges, baskets, pull-outs, and accessories Conduct internal quality checks before client walkthrough

5. Material Handling & Inventory Control

Check delivered modular units against

packing lists and drawings

Ensure proper unloading, storage, and protection of factory-finished material Track missing, damaged, or incorrect items and report immediately Minimize wastage and avoid on-site alterations

6. Coordination & Communication

Act as the

single point of contact at site

for modular execution Coordinate with

project managers, designers, factory, logistics, and vendors

Update daily progress, issues, and completion status Assist in snag-list resolution and final handover

7. Timeline & Handover Management

Ensure installation is completed

as per committed timelines

Plan installation sequence for kitchens, wardrobes, and accessories Support testing, adjustments, and final cleaning before handover

8. Site Discipline & Safety

Maintain cleanliness and protection of finished products Follow safety protocols during installation Ensure professional conduct at client sites

Required Skills & Expertise : Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Strong knowledge of

modular kitchen and wardrobe systems

Hands-on experience with

factory-finished modular installations

Ability to read

AutoCAD modular drawings

Deep understanding of

hardware brands, fittings, and accessories

Strong eye for detailing, alignment, and finish

Soft Skills

Strong site control and installer handling Clear communication and reporting Problem-solving mindset Ability to work under tight timelines

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Degree in

Civil / Interior / Construction

(preferred) Modular-specific training or experience is mandatory

Ideal Candidate Profile

4+ years of

pure modular execution experience

Has worked with

factory-made kitchens and wardrobes (not carpentry-based)

Can independently manage modular installation sites Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
