Job Description

On-Site Management:

Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets company standards and project requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and best practices. Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner. Implement solutions to mitigate delays and other challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.

Resource Management:

Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines. Manage on-site resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records. Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on site activities and progress.
